Peter earned a Ph.D. in Business Psychology from the University of Göttingen, Germany in 1994.
Since the end of his academic career in 1994, he has been working in market research on the agency side. He worked for research & consulting agencies such as The Gallup Organization, TNS Infratest, DemoSCOPE and P. Robert and Partners. He has been in executive level industry positions (CEO, Executive Board Member, ...) since 2000.
Peter is frequently invited to speak at key industry events in Europe, Middle East and Asia, as well as in North and South America.
Peter has been selected as the Swiss country representative for ESOMAR (the world´s leading Market Research Organization) since early 2010.
Peter has lived and worked in six countries and speaks German, English, Swedish and Dutch.
Prior to creating m1nd-set, he was the Chief Operating Officer of P. Robert and Partners (PRP) in Morges, Switzerland.
David benefits from 18 years of extensive experience in global research – inclusive of 12 years specializing in travel research for the industry. He is often requested as a key note speaker at travel industry conferences (ITB Berlin, IATA Airline Research Forum, Travolution, and at ESOMAR leisure 2006 and congress 2008).
David specializes in airline research, customer satisfaction, segmentation and agent based models.
He led his team to win The Michel Beattig Prize for international success of the global Airline satisfaction benchmarks (also known as GAP) that they designed and launched in 1991.
David holds an Executive MBA from Rochester University (NY) and a BA in marketing from ESM (Ecole Supérieure de Management) Geneva.
Imen works at m1nd-set as a project manager for Travel Retail projects around the world.
Prior to joining m1nd-set, she worked for four years in the marketing department at Geneva Airport. During that time, she led and contributed to various efforts in the revamping of the general service offering of the Airport. Imen holds a Master’s Degree in Management from HEC Geneva.
Having lived on three different continents, including several years in Ivory-Coast, the United-Arab-Emirates, Tunisia and Switzerland, Imen is a world citizen and is fluent in French, Arabic and English.
Katharine works on various global research projects at m1nd-set, with a focus on Airs@t, the world`s leading syndicated airline satisfaction program.
She holds a university degree in marketing from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania. Her career experience includes project and product management in NPD (new product development) areas before moving to Switzerland.
Before joining m1nd-set, she worked for two major American retailers, where she helped in launching NPD projects, developed new product proposals via market analysis and launched new products across both major companies’ retail networks.
Katharine speaks fluent English and French.
Véronique graduated from the University of Cergy Pontoise in France in 2009 with a Master’s Degree in Management and a specialization in Quantitative Market Research.
She worked in a market research agency in Paris as Project Manager for one year before moving to Switzerland.
She has been a key member of the team as it launched Airs@t, the leading benchmark survey of air passenger satisfaction worldwide.
Since the launch of this service, Véronique´s primary responsibility is being Project Manager of Airs@t and other airline related research.
Her mother tongue is French and she is also fluent in English and Portuguese.
Clara is Travel Retail Research Director at m1nd-set. She initially joined the company as a project manager after graduating with a Master's Degree in Management from the prestigious HEC Business School in Lausanne.
Clara leads the team of analysts working on travel retail research projects at m1nd-set and manages m1nd-set’s consultancy work for global clients from various categories in travel retail, as well as industry associations and several leading retailers. She has gained several years' experience as project manager at m1nd-set before being promoted to her new role as Research Director.
As well as her Master's Degree, Clara also has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Neuchâtel in Switzerland and is fluent in French, Spanish and English.
Pablo Sáez-Gil is a Senior Project Manager at m1nd-set.
He brings considerable experise in the market intelligence field to the team, having worked for over 10 years for market research consultancies based in the UK, including Euromonitor International and ResearchFarm covering a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research global research projects.
His previous experience has given Pablo indepth knowledge of the FMCG sector, retail and consumer services.
He has also gained research experience researching and analyzing topics in the Travel and Tourism industry worldwide before joining m1nd-set.
In recent years he has focused on analyzing global market and technology trends in the retail industry.
He holds a degree on International Economics from the University of Zaragoza (Spain) and further studies on Applied Economics from the University of Grenoble (France).
Ivayla joined m1nd-set in 2010 as Senior project manager.
She deals with both ad-hoc and tracking projects at all their stages, analysing client project data on a daily basis.
Ivayla's marketing research expertise spans a wide range of survey types and marketing spheres. Before joining m1nd-set Ivayla spent 9 years as a Marketing & Research Manager in the financial sector and has 7 years of experience in international research.
She also has prior work experience with the United Nations across different programs as an advisor on qualitative methods' application.
Ivayla has a MA degree in Sociology and a MA degree in Marketing.
