The Experiential Retail insights and consultancy workshop aims to help industry stakeholders understand the impact of Experiential Retail on footfall, conversion rates, shopping basket and the total amount spent.
The EX.CEL workshop will highlight the benefits of experiential retail executions both within and beyond the travel retail channel, including examples of how extraordinary store environments, in-store experiences and services, even atmospheric elements, can drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
